The Mission
What is the Dubai Future Finance Executive Trade Mission?
A curated executive delegation built around Dubai Future Finance Week 2026 in Dubai. Delegates take part in the Dubai FinTech Summit, the Future Sustainability Forum and the Future Tokenisation Forum with DIFC Guest VIP passes, and the mission adds a private programme at Capital Club DIFC: a government briefing program, the Dubai Ventures Roundtable Luncheon, private one on one meetings and a curated reception.
Who organises and operates the mission?
Dubai Ventures LLC organises and operates the mission as a DIFC Channel Partner under the DIFC Channel Partnerships Programme. The Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai supports it. Delegate seats are confirmed individually by Dubai Ventures LLC.
When does the mission take place?
November 1 to 6, 2026 in Dubai, during Dubai Future Finance Week 2026, which runs 2 to 6 November. The Dubai FinTech Summit is on 2 and 3 November at Madinat Jumeirah.
How many delegates are accepted?
The delegation is intentionally small. Places are limited and every delegate affects the quality of the room.
Is this the same as attending Dubai Future Finance Week?
No. The mission is built around Dubai Future Finance Week and is additive to conference attendance. Delegates take part in the Summit and the forums on their pass, and the mission adds the private programme at Capital Club DIFC: the government briefing program, the roundtable luncheon, private one on one meetings and the reception.

Who is this mission designed for?
Senior decision makers in financial services, fintech, payments, digital assets and private capital: founders and executives, investors, family offices and asset managers, and organisations seeking Gulf capital or partners for their own markets.
Do I need to attend the full program?
Yes. The whole delegation follows the full program, November 1 to 6.

Can I send a colleague or team member instead of attending myself?
Each seat is confirmed to a named executive after a discovery call. If a colleague is the right person to attend, they apply in their own name and we confirm fit on a call with them.
The Program
What does the mission include?
Five nights five-star accommodation, executive ground transport including transfers between Madinat Jumeirah and DIFC, DIFC Guest VIP passes for the Dubai FinTech Summit, the Future Sustainability Forum and the Future Tokenisation Forum, private delegation meetings at the Summit, the Capital Club DIFC day with the government briefing program in coordination, the Dubai Ventures Roundtable Luncheon and private one on one meetings in private meeting space, both mission-hosted evenings, concierge coordination and the delegate welcome package.
What is the Dubai Ventures Roundtable Luncheon?
A closed door luncheon at Capital Club DIFC on November 4, under the Chatham House rule, with the delegation and invited principals from across Dubai's financial ecosystem. Each delegate states their mandate, the discussion is moderated, and every delegate leaves with a written introduction list.
What are the hosted evenings?
Two invitation-only evenings: the Trade Mission Orientation dinner on arrival, and the Reception at Capital Club DIFC with attendance curated by our team. Dubai Future Finance Week evening events are in coordination.
What is the Capital Club meeting day?
Wednesday, November 4 at Capital Club DIFC: a government briefing program in the morning, in coordination; the Dubai Ventures Roundtable Luncheon at midday; private one on one meetings through the afternoon in private meeting space; and the Reception in the evening with curated attendance. Founding Sponsors hold a private office.
What are the three tracks?
Track 01 Fintech and Payments, timed to the Dubai FinTech Summit. Track 02 Digital Assets and Tokenisation, timed to the Future Tokenisation Forum. Track 03 Private Capital and Family Wealth. Your track shapes the counterparties we identify for you. The program is shared by the whole delegation.
Which Dubai Future Finance Week events are included?
The DIFC Guest VIP pass covers the Dubai FinTech Summit on 2 and 3 November, the Future Sustainability Forum on 3 November, the Future Islamic Finance Forum on 4 November and the Future Tokenisation Forum on 5 November. Other forums in the week are hosted with external organisers and are not included.
What is not included?
Airfare of any kind. Nights outside the delegation block, which are arranged directly with the hotel. Dubai Future Finance Week forums outside the DIFC Guest VIP pass.
Investment and Payment
What is the delegate investment?
US$6,500 per executive participant, all inclusive except airfare.
What is the Founding Sponsorship investment?
US$9,500 per organisation, plus US$6,500 per attending executive, invoiced separately. Two positions. Founding Sponsorship is an organisational package and does not include a delegate seat.
How is payment made?
Participation is invoiced on confirmation and payable by wire on receipt. Payment by credit card is available on request. Your seat is confirmed on payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is set out in the participation agreement issued to accepted delegates.
Application and Process
How do I apply?
Book a discovery call, or submit the application form and we will come back to you within two business days. Every applicant has a discovery call before a place is confirmed.
What happens after I apply?
A discovery call to confirm fit. Where it is a fit, you receive a working outline for your week within 48 hours. We confirm your place against the mission criteria within five business days, your seat is confirmed on payment, and the strategy session finalises your targets and introductions.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No fixed deadline is published. Places are limited and confirmed in order of commitment, and the mission departs November 1, so applications should be made as early as possible.
